I have been a client for about eight years. I have only dealt with Shayna in the office, and she is very sweet… When I can get a hold of them. That is my only gripe, and it has become worse over the years. If I send an email, I don’t get a response back even after sending another. If I make a phone call, I’m always leaving messages and again not getting a phone call back. It is only when I actually drive to the office where now I am face-to-face is where I get to connect, and that’s pretty unacceptable. I understand that I am not the only client, but my needs are important just like everyone else. It would be nice if I received some sort of response with at least 72 hours but I don’t get that.
